Mẫu đơn xin việc các ngành bằng Tiếng Anh và mẫu viết tham khảo

Trong bài viết hôm nay mình sẽ chia sẻ với các bạn một số mẫu đơn xin việc các ngành bằng Tiếng Anh và mẫu viết để các bạn có thể tham khảo nhé.

 

1. Cấu trúc mẫu đơn xin việc bằng Tiếng Anh

Phần mở đầu 

Phần mở đầu cần nêu lý do bạn viết đơn xin việc tới nhà tuyển dụng. Các mẫu câu thông dụng nhất chẳng hạn như:

• I am writing to apply for the ABC position which was advertised on XYZ.
•  
• I would like to apply for the post of ABC as advertised on XYZ.
•  
• I am writing in regard to the position of ABC currently advertised on XYZ.
•  
• I am writing in response to your advertisement in XYZ inviting applications for ABC.
•  
• I have recently seen an advert on the XYZ for the position of ABC and I would like to apply with interest.

 

Phần nội dung

Trong phần nội dung, ứng viên chỉ nên viết từ hai đến ba đoạn văn. Những ý chính bao gồm quá trình học tập, ví dụ như nói bạn đã tốt nghiệp trường nào (from my C.V, you will see that I graduated from ….), kinh nghiệm làm việc tính tới thời điểm hiện tại (at present, I am working for…), cuối cùng là những đặc điểm về tính cách giúp bạn làm tốt công việc mình đang ứng tuyển (in addition, I am active and enthusiastic…)

 

Khi viết đơn bằng tiếng Anh, bạn lưu ý phần này chỉ nên bao gồm từ 2-3 đoạn văn, cơ bản như sau:

 

Bạn tốt nghiệp trường nào?

 

Ví dụ: 

• From my C.V, you will see that, I graduated from Foreign Trade University with an excellent bachelor degree.
•  
• I completed my Bachelor degree with English major in 2020 at Thang Long university.

 

Kinh nghiệm làm việc:

 

Ví dụ:

• After graduation, I worked as an Digital Marketer at Ad-Asia agency.
•  
• My duties included + Ving/ Noun.

 

Sơ lược về con người bạn: tính cách, sở thích, đam mê, định hướng tương lai:

 

Ví dụ: 

• You will find me to be a positive, hard-working and motivated person who is keen to learn and contribute.
•  
• I am an enthusiastic and out-going person.

 

Phần kết luận 

Ở phần kết luận, ứng viên khẳng định lại mình là người có tiềm năng và phù hợp với vị trí tuyển dụng, hứa hẹn một cuộc gặp gỡ hay phỏng vấn để trao đổi thêm về công việc với nhà tuyển dụng.

 

Đây là phần khẳng định sự tự tin của bạn rằng mình đủ tố chất để ứng tuyển vào vị trí này, đồng thời bày tỏ kỳ vọng được phỏng vấn trực tiếp với nhà tuyển dụng để thể hiện bản thân nhiều hơn.

 

Ví dụ:

• I am looking forward to an interview at your office. 
•  
• I look forward to meeting with you and discussing my qualifications in more detail.
